Day 7 St Joseph Terror of Demons Novena

“Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Rise, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there till I tell you; for Herod is about to search for the child, to destroy him.”  And he rose and took the child and his mother by night, and departed to Egypt,  and remained there until the death of Herod. This was to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet, “Out of Egypt have I called my son.” Matt 2:13-15 St Joseph, you were warned by an Angel of the Lord that there was a terrible threat coming so you packed up your family and wrapped them in your Holy Cloak of protection. Were you tempted with doubts that this is what God was calling you to do?  Did the long journey cause you to have second thoughts about where you were leading your family? As you fled, you trusted in God’s providence. As you made your way to Egypt, Satan enacted the massacre of the Holy Innocents.

Do you fail to lead your family away from danger? Was your innocence taken away far too early, or your children's innocence offended? God can heal these wounds. Ask St Joseph to wrap his Holy Cloak around you and point you to his son, Jesus.

Personal Intention We request that the Holy Spirit be with our speakers Jon Leonetti, Brother Simon and Brother John Paul so they may reach the men in attendance. We humbly request that men are drawn to hear this message but especially the young man. Place a stirring in the heart of those whom you want to attend. Continue to bless God Squad Canada and the ministries of all our speakers current and past!

St Joseph, cover me with your Holy Cloak and chase away the enemy. Please ask Mary to comfort me and ask Jesus to heal me from the lies of Satan. Request that the Holy Spirit reveal my true identity as seen by God the Father.

Say an Our Father, a Hail Mary, a Glory Be and St Joseph Terror of Demons prayer.
