A Father's Love and God's Blessings

This morning, on my way to run some errands, I bumped into my neighbor, Kais, who is Arabic. About a month ago, he shared with me that his children, all under the age of 8, would be moving back to Jordan. Over the past week or so, I could see the hurt in his eyes and his body language. As a father myself, I understood the deep pain and worry he was feeling. Kais is a hard-working man, a loving father, and a good friend and neighbor.

Today, he shared some exciting news! He and his wife have decided that their children will stay. This wonderful news warms my heart deeply, and it’s a joy to see the love and happiness in Kais’s heart.

Let us pray for my friend and neighbor, Kais, that God continues to bless him and his family with strength, love, and joy.

"Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward." — Psalm 127:3

In God's love, let us rejoice with Kais and his family, celebrating this beautiful moment together.
