Empower Godfathers?

I am a Godfather of two young men Lennon, 15 and Ringo 6. I question my relevance in their lives. Why? Lack of knowledge. Not a lack of effort inspite of their parents.

I've been winging it. I have yet to find a good source of Godfather knowledge within my Parish or online.

What can Heroic Men do to support Godfathers in today's challenging fatherhood environment?
