Redemptive Suffering

Jesus is always there beside us when we carry our crosses, suffering with us at all time. God did not come into the world to take away all suffering from us, but to enter into that suffering for us and with us and to transform it from the inside, so that our suffering won’t have to be the last word. This was our Lord’s greatest expression of charity.
