Here is the weekly outline template that has worked for us for the last 6 years. The “game changer” was asking my brothers to state their personal intentions. They are such good men and were always praying for others, but when I asked them to also offer what was challenging them, this enhanced our fellowship exponentially.

By the time we got around the table of 15 men (about 20 minutes of our fellowship hour), I could see where their heads and hearts were and could then adjust (because our website is set up with different paths to take) the meeting to address those needs.
