Simple Example

Last Friday, a couple God Squad employees went to sit down to lunch at Five Guys. When the food came we said grace and a man, probably in his mid-late twenties, stood there in awe, removing his hat while we prayed. After we finished grace with the sign of the cross, he spoke up and said with a smile:

"Wow, that's a rare sight these days, gentlemen. I appreciate you guys. Have a wonderful day!"

This was quite an inspiring thing to see. It shows the real impact we have on others. As men we need to lead by example, to practice what we preach. Especially through living our day to day lives. This interaction at Five Guys is the reason why we do what we do. This guy was not someone you'd expect to speak up and say something like he did, he was just a normal-looking, working man with some dirt under his fingernails. And the simple act of saying grace in a restaurant allowed this unassuming man to speak up and connect with his brothers in Christ.
