This habit changed my life: how master time like a pro
If you’re always falling behind and struggling to get things done… join the club. Many of us really have to fight to manage our time.
The reality is you can’t manage time. You have to learn how to master time.
Outlined below is the process for doing this.
Mastering time is a mental process that once it becomes a habit, you will have learned how to master time.
Here’s the process.
Start asking yourself three questions on any activity:
🚩 Does this have to be done? If the answer is no, then put it away, forget it for now. If the answer is yes, the next question is:
🚩Do I have to do it? If the answer is no, then who should do it and when? If the answer is yes, the next question is:
🚩When should I do it?
If you will develop and train your mind to always be asking these questions, you will learn to master time.
High vs Low payoffs
Along with this, you must understand there are high payoff activities and low payoff activities, high payoff time and low payoff time.
You need to understand that you should be doing your high payoff activities in high payoff time. So you must determine what activities are high payoff and which ones are low payoff, and what is your high payoff time and what is your low payoff time.
If you will train your mind and follow this process in a short period of time (90 days) you will learn to master your time.
